Pawlics is a pet health and wellness brand headquartered in Portugal, European Union. We operate an online store at www.pawlics.co selling curated pet products for dogs and cats. Our business is governed by Portuguese commercial law, including Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (distance selling) and Decree-Law No. 84/2021 (consumer guarantees), as well as the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Spain and France for customers in those territories.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are purchasing for personal or household use, not for resale

3. Products

​

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images and specifications. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify descriptions at any time.

Our products are intended for use with domestic pets (dogs and cats). They are not veterinary medical devices. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. For UK and EU customers, approximate local currency conversions may be shown for reference only — the final charge will be made in USD unless a local currency option is presented at checkout.

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honoured.

5. Orders & Contract

​

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues). In such cases, any payment taken will be fully refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

​

We ship to the USA, UK, Australia, Spain, France and other countries where our store is available. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly for international shipments or during peak periods.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at pawlics.support@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date.

7. Consumer Rights

​

EU / Portugal (including orders from Spain and France): Under Decree-Law No. 84/2021 and EU Directive 2019/771, you have a 2-year legal guarantee on products. Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.

United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of delivery.

United States: Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Specific state consumer protection laws may apply.

Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.pawlics.co — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product photography, copy, design and layout — is the property of Pawlics or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawlics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Portugal and the European Union. For EU and EEA customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.

For UK customers: English law applies to the extent not superseded by UK consumer law.
